Product Availability

Our inventory is updated in real time. However, in rare cases, an item may show as in stock but become unavailable due to high demand or system delays.

If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer:

A full refund, or
A backorder (if available) with estimated restock date

Pre-Orders

PixelWipo does not currently offer pre-orders. All products are sold from existing inventory.

Inventory Accuracy

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and quantities. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, photos, or other content are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product.
