Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We do not charge any restocking fees.

We currently do not classify any products as final sale items. All eligible items may be returned within the return period.

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all approved returns within the United States.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Order fulfillment error by PixelWipo

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
